Ashley is a regular highlight on our masters programme at UCL where he delivers an early session on my module all about Organisational Design, People & Innovation Management. His sessions are really well received by the students and they score it as one of the most enjoyable and insightful. In particular, they enjoy the energy that he brings and the guidance that they get into how to best work with others. They apply the model throughout the rest of the module and it helps them remove communication breakdowns and improve their team working and I’m sure, they take the learning back into their working lives.
